We have just completed online puppy school with Alice and it was great! It felt very personal although we haven’t actually met. Seeing other families with their puppies online gave a sense of community and shared experience. Alice talked us through professional videos of the exercises we were to perform then watched and coached us individually. Extensive notes sent after each lesson were a really useful aid to memory as each lesson was briskly paced. Alice has an extensive knowledge, and a charming, enthusiastic way of delivering advice. Alice was also available by email for any additional queries between lessons. All in all a really good experience and we will be doing more with Alice and Puppy School.

Daisy is a COVID19 lockdown puppy! We got her in March 2020 - just in time to be locked up at home for weeks. Luckily, we found Alice’s online puppy school. Honestly, I didn’t think it would work for us....but 6weeks later, Daisy graduated tonight and has the foundation in place to become a sensible, obedient but fun loving beastie. So very glad we found this service - very highly recommended!

If you have a Puppy, you need Alice & Becky! They are the most supportive, knowledgeable, & dedicated trainers & behaviourists. Puppy school is fun learning all you need to know on training & enjoying your Puppy. I have also had several 1-2-1 sessions to help Twiglet, a sensitive Springer Spaniel Pup learn to relax & settle in the home, whilst over comings his fear & worries outside. Thank you so much Becky for your patience & expertise working with Twiglet & I. What a difference Becky has made in building my confidence & watching Twiglet go from strength to strength. Really enjoyed our time at Puppy School with Alice, learnt so much which was easy to understand and put into practice. Alice has a natural affinity with the puppies, our puppy Dexter absolutely loved her. His tail did not stop wagging the whole time!! The manual is really useful to use between classes and after. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Both Alice and Becky have helped turn our lives around and I cannot recommend them enough! We had a very nervous, anxious puppy who had severe separation issues - but now we have a totally wonderful confident, happy, loving boy and you would never imagine how he was when he came to us in late December 17. Through the Puppy School weekly classes with Alice, and several private 121s with Becky we have been able to overcome all of the issues our boy faced. They are so supportive and were happy to answer all of our questions via email as well. Thank you ladies - we owe you so much!

I would highly recommend Alice and Puppy School. Classes weren't the right environment for our puppy, Bramble, which Alice was quick to recognise - and offered alternative sessions at home instead, which we have all really benefited from. Training sessions were positive, fun, and aimed at including the whole family. We got a lot out of training, and feel we understand Bramble a whole lot more. Thanks Alice!

Taking our little Jimmy ( wired hair dachshund ) to Alice’s classes was the best move we could do. Although we had dogs before, Jimmy was a challenge but Alice helped us understand him and communicate with him better. Can’t wait for the following classes. Thank you Alice for turning Jimmy into a mannered little chap!

We were so pleased that we enrolled Evie in Alice’s Puppy Class. Alice is an excellent trainer and Evie loved her. Alice has such great rapport with puppies and their owners.

What a wonderful training school! We had recently adopted a lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy from a local rescue centre and wanted to ensure that he did not reinforce peoples misconceptions of this breed. Our tutor Alice was fabulous and clearly explained everything, helping where needed. Would highly recommend this training to anyone that is looking for a friendly 'down-to-earth' approach to training their dog.

I can’t thank Alice enough for showing me how to help my new rescue dog Rodney. Her approach is always with kindness and Rodney thoroughly enjoyed the training as did I. I learnt so many things that will really improve my dogs life. Thanks Alice. I can’t recommend you enough.
