I can’t recommend Amy highly enough. I came to her after experiencing mild leakage and wanting to take action before things worsened, especially as I’d just turned 60. What I thought would be a few exercise sessions turned out to be a truly transformative experience. Amy’s knowledge of pelvic health and the body is incredible, and she explains everything so clearly and with care. From the first consultation, I felt completely understood and supported. Amy tailored everything to suit my needs, worked at my pace, and provided weekly videos and updates to help me stay on track. After six weeks, I now have a personalised plan and a renewed connection to my body. I feel confident and empowered, knowing how to look after my pelvic health going forward. Thank you, Amy x

I’ve been doing a block of six one-to-one sessions with Amy. Already after three sessions, I can feel the difference! I was a bit of a wreck emotionally when I started working with Amy, having tried various approaches to help my problem. Amy made me feel normal straight away. It was so good to be able to talk about personal things, It felt really supportive. It meant I didn’t have to go through this on my own. Amy gives clear personalised instructions and details that I can follow each week, knowing that I can report in, be supported and held accountable, which I found really motivating. Amazing to have Amy's expert advise. She really knows her stuff. Thank you.

I’ve been doing Pilates with Amy for a few years now and she has totally changed my perception of exercise and understanding of my own body, how it works and what it needs. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and empathic. She is sensitive in her approach, and an advocate for women’s health. There are lots of Pilates teachers out there, many of whom have added a Pilates course onto other fitness credentials; that is not Amy, she is an expert, with years of experience working with a range of real world physiological issues, rehabilitation and fitness. I would give her ten stars if I could.

Amy is a very skilled practitioner. She spotted things in the way I moved that other practitioners hadn't or took a long time to. And she's very lovely with it - which makes her sessions very relaxing and enjoyable.

My whole life I was looking for someone that understands my body and can help me with permanent back pains and other aches and pains and Amy is doing just that! I haven’t looked back and am so glad I found her. She’s also a really positive person, extremely knowledgeable and fun to be told what to do by. Highly recommended.

Amy is amazing, so approachable and kind. Really knowledgeable and explains everything in such a great way so you not only know what to do, but why you are doing it. If you’re considering booking Amy for a class or a one to one, do it! You won’t regret it.
