Really helpful and friendly staff. Store is well laid out well and always clean. Love the click and collect at this store, saves a lot of hassle when in a rush!

One of the better Homebase, even though a smaller one, still manages to have everything you need. Only one downside, only ever one till open. Maybe get a self checkout till installed to help the lone member of staff on the till.

Anticipate a parking fine if you want to actually shop at this Homebase (not a quick 1 item, I know where to find it). Went in and bought a variety of DIY items (circa £100) and slapped with a £100 parking fine for staying a few mins extra (even though their CCTV shows I literally was in there the whole time, appealed the ticket and evidenced the invoice but they never bothered to respond. Sneaky money making scam there @Homebase!! Plus they didn't have 50% of the other items, so not really worth the trip, boycotting all Homebase

Made a visit to Collect an Online Order. Unfortunately I chose a Monday morning at 9 o'clock. The Staff were in the process of a "dummy Fire Drill" which delayed my entrance by about 10 minutes. At least it shows they take Health and Safety seriously. When I was granted admission the order was with me at the Customer Services within minutes.

Excellent service from Mandy at the weekend. The BBQ that we wanted was unavailable anywhere so when we said we were happy to take the display one not only did she help partially dismantle it, she also helped put it in our truck.

So pleased with the service. Callum was awesome. I ordered a tin of emulsion on line. When i got to the store I decided I needed two. Instead of charging me an extra £20 so my total bill would have been £36 but he cancelled my online order and did me the online deal £24 for two saving me £12. Top marks for customer service. This was the second time I have used this store and I shall return again.

great store with a huge selection of products. Bought a huge Christmas tree. The staff helped to choose, pack so that it could be easily loaded into the car. an incredibly huge number of New Year's toys and garlands. lovely store 👌

Went in search of large house plants. They had a small selection. I walked to the store and will go back again in a car. I bought odor-eliminating candles for indoor cat litter tray. As with othe large Home Base stores there have a variety of goods. Great for walking around exploring.
