Fast friendly good value will come back :)

After waiting 2 hours and £50 later for my nails today and not even 8 hours later and the glitter has came off absolute rip off.

Expensive, gruff and irritable service and not even good quality. Cash only too. We have been three times. They promised the gel doesn’t rise up like acrylic but 1 day into my nails and there is already a gap. I accidentally bumped my hand sticking it into the machine to dry and smudged the nail one time and the guy was so mad he had to redo one nail. He was so irritated and rude. The prices are high too. It’s cheaper in London. And my nails always lasted longer in London. We won’t be back. I’ll drive to cheltenham before doing this miserable experience.

Didn't have an appointment, but the lovely guys were accommodating and fit me and my daughter in, no problem. They were happy chatting to us, always checking we were happy with what they were doing at each stage. I had a picture of the nail art I wanted, and although it would take a bit longer to do (lots of different colours) that was no problem at all. Always friendly when I've been in before, and today was no different. They're amazing at doing nail art and will copy a picture perfectly, give it a go! I'm a former judge for nail salons in the beauty industry, and I can tell you first-hand that this place has it all... Skills, brilliant staff, booking system and vibe in the salon, right down to the music they play in there. So pleased I took my stepdaughter there for her very first experience in a nail bar. They made our nails look EXACTLY like the picture ls we gave them (if not, better) and we had a great time! Thank you The Naildy team!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They are are so friendly and welcoming. My nails always look amazing and are done to a high standard. I have to travel a bit further to get there but I won't go anywhere else. Me, my mum, and my grandmother all go there now because they are so much better than the other places we have been in the past. Definitely 10 out of 10. Service: Manicure

Everyone working at the salon are always so welcoming and chatty! All technicians are very talented, providing the best nail designs and experience overall! Hannah worked her magic and gave me my famous green tiger eye design, pictured. I am in LOVE even if my nails are a little short atm. Thank youuuuu! Absolutely wonderful people. Gave me my dream nails even though I couldn't describe them well. True artist and perfectionist . They were so welcoming friendly and chatty . They kept the tea flowing .and we t above and beyond to give me good advice for a nail glue accident I had at home , looked up the best products to help me and even gave me some to take home for free.
