Danny and the team did a fantastic job for us clearing a substantial couple of trees from our small garden. They were highly responsive to all communications, offered good value for money, were professional in the job and worked efficiently and cleanly. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The whole team were extremely polite, efficient and did a fantastic job. We had a few projects including removing a damaged tree that was around a telephone cable. Not only did Five Valleys Arbor complete all the jobs, provided expert advice but also left the garden much tidier than when they arrived!! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Five Valleys Arbor. They responded promptly to my request and provided a timely and reasonable quote. The work was carried out very efficiently, felling a dead tree and slicing it up for the log burner, and thoroughly clearing up afterwards. I have a few more trees that will have to go, and will certainly use Five Valleys Arbor again. A previous tree removal left lots of mess behind and was nowhere near as satisfactory.

They did an outstanding job of our beech hedge and bay tree, plus they tidied away afterwards to perfection! After experiencing a few cowboy hedge trimmers in the past, we will be sticking with Five Valleys and won't hesitate to recommend.

We were delighted by your work. One large cedar tree and a lot of cutting back - both our front and back garden. The work was quick and tidy. Cheers!

I booked Dan and his team for a week as we had many dead and crowded trees to remove. We sadly had to lose an enormous chestnut tree. This tree required the significant heroics the team climbing up 70 ft to remove the crown and then had to reduce the other enormous tree branches, all of them at about the same height. They went on to deal with around 12 dead spruce some very large Christmas trees that were never sold many years ago and then sorted out two or three other trees on the drive. These guys were friendly, courteous, polite and incredibly tidy and quiet apart from their machinery. They just worked very hard indeed to get the job done. We will have quite a bit of work next year and I would choose no one else. Dan, who's knowledge of trees is very considerable, was hugely helpful in advising what needed to be done and was also firm in what should not be done. I cannot commend him and his team enough. This team know what to do and have exceptional customer service skills and are really lovely people. A big thank you.

A thoroughly good job done by two delightful young men at a very reasonable price. It’s 7am and I’m wrapped up, sitting on my garden bench with a cup of tea, listening to the dawn chorus. Every now and then I look up at my Gleditsia they pruned and think how pretty it looks. Thanks guys, from one very happy customer, Tiggy

A massive 'Thumbs Up!' for Danny, Tom, and Will, who removed a troublesome ash tree with great aplomb and minimum fuss.
While it wasn't an insignificant cost, it was money well spent and Five Valleys Arbor's quote was the most competitive we received by some distance.
Watching the guys dismantle the tree was a popular spectator sport in the neighbourhood , on what was a stunning April day.
They were sensitive to the impact on others, and they took every possible step to ensure minimum disruption. With the exception of some unavoidable sawdust (oh, and the lack of a whacking, great tree that was far too big for its environment!), you wouldn't have known they'd been there.
I have no hesitation in offering a ringing endorsement.
