Called to book a viewing, I was told they needed to speak to the seller and check timings. No one called me back. I called them again to check if they had managed to get ahold of the seller to confirm the time, again, I was told they would call me back to confirm the viewing, I’m still waiting, it’s been 3 weeks. I’m a cash buyer and I was completely ignored. Don’t list your house with this estate agent as they’ll likely lose you sales.
