Not a great experience today. My greeting “I’m here on my own and I’m too busy to help you with the photo machine” i had used it once before, but a few months ago now, and was helped very patiently. This time I just could not get it to work and I called out a few times “it’s stuck” “i cant get it to work” and finally the assistant came and told me to close it all down and my phone and start again. I finally got 30 prints - I only wanted 20 but was too scared to go back/not sure I could go back and amend it as I would have had to ask fir help again. I felt intimidated and upset as it had taken about 25 minutes to get 1photo to print. When I paid I said “ while I am in the store surely I am your customer and you should try to help me however busy you are”. He was unrepentant “the photo machine is self -service” I told him that in the 30 years I had run my own shop, often rushed off my feet, I had never said to any of my customer “I’m too busy to help you, just struggle on with it yourself” he just said again “it’s self-service”. Well thanks for that. One unhappy customer who will not come back

I get jeans and sleeves shortened here. Takes about a week. Good service. The plastic that covers my returned clothes is supposed to be recyclable, says in big letters on the plastic but my local Council rejected it. Maybe the workers just saw plastic and didnt see the writing.

Matthew did a great job in making sure my dress alterations were done in time for the wedding I am attending - he went over and above usual customer service expected to make sure the dress was back - including collecting it from the seamstress in Swindon and hand-delivering it back to the Stroud branch! Thank you Matthew I hope your bosses read this.

I've had my blazer dried there many times with no fault and perfectly clean!!

I took my suit in and they shrunk it. They sent it off to decide whose fault this was and decided it was the suits fault. I have had this suite for 9 years, had it dry cleaned many times including at this same dry cleaners. I can only assume that as I was an infrequent user they could afford to lose my custom. I'm trying to avoid using them in future.
