Feels like the only place where you can buy cigarettes😂

Small selection of items and the staff seem very depressed and unhelpful.☹️Placed in a very inconvenient place. 🙁

This store is lovely have used it for 20yrs but have noticed lately the fresh bread they bake, especially the rolls don't seem to baked properly and always seem to be half raw, this was never an issue before so avoid the rolls they're raw

Wonderful shop! Ethics galore. No battery eggs. Not even barn eggs. Fairtrade products a plenty. Such marvellous regard for ethical mercantile. Sadly the staff feel at liberty to assault the disadvantaged, whom in this awful recession are left begging in the streets, with buckets of water. Despite all they claim - scant regard for human rights AND the law. For all the lovely products and ethics espoused by the co-op. The regard for humankind is lacking. What a shower of hypocrisy. If you value humankind. Avoid.

Dreadful...I went in to the store last night and customers are obliged to keep to the 2 metre social distancing rule whilst queuing up to the tills. The staff have absolutely no idea and continued to fill the up the drinks in between people in the queue. Completely putting their own lives at risk along with customers. Get it together co op please...

Manager is rude as hell went in before work on an evening I got my stuff and went to pay after the cashier scanned my stuff I went to pay via contactless Apple Pay she then tells me it’s not working so I said I don’t have my debit card on me so can she go to a till that got contactless ( why they where using the broken one idk ) the manger comes out to assist me then comes out really rudely says I should remember my pin and I said I do know my pin I just didn’t bring my card with me and then continued to waste more times giving me a lecture on how I should always bring my card with me after finally getting my stuff as he then wouldn’t serve me engergy drinks even though I wasn’t Asked of identification by the other cashier I gave him my ID biting my tounge cause I have respect for people as I left he began to laugh at me disgusted with the service of this manger makes me annoyed as all the other staff and always so lovely and helpful

I pop in most mornings. Most of the staff are okay, however the blonde team leader (didn't quite catch her name) is from what I can see, an absolutely awful member of staff. Her customer service is shocking. For example this morning there was a large queue and one member of staff on the till. They ring for another member of staff, which happens to be the blonde. After 3-4 minutes of ringing, she slumps out the back and walks to the till at snail pace, gets to her till and scowls at the customers including me, she does this every time I see her! Not sure who pissed in her cereal but she is never happy. She doesn't say a word when serving and just stands there looking grumpy. She needs a lesson or two in customer service. Other than that the store is good, plenty of everything you need for such a small store, staff just need a little training.

Nice little Co-op store. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we've had occasion to be very grateful for their honesty. Sometimes it doesn't hold a very wide range of stock; it would be nice if there was more organic stuff, for example.

Generally have the things you need but don't want to go all the way to the supermarket for, but we and some local friends have both found items from the fridges having very short shelf life (even having extensive mould before passing the best before date)

This is our local store, we use it every day. The staff are friendly and there's pretty much everything you need there. They act on comments and requests and now stock some of the things we asked for. We love our co-op!
