The drivers seem to have problem with autistic people. ...and when you email in to complain, so do the office staff. Disgusting

Bus service depot. With very helpful and friendly staff.

Disgusting attitude - the bus driver on the 66 from Cheltenham to Stroud - I have my mum visiting from abroad. She has not been on a bus in the UK and needed to go into Stroud - the bus driver shouted at her for not first telling him where she wanted to go before she accidentally tapped her card - she was nearly in tears - absolutely disgusting!! This bus driver is a disgrace to the profession!!!

Bus drivers are rude bus fares gone up a joke!!!! Most of them are rude to my autistic friends too when they don't have 30p on them the driver gets snotty pathetic. Disgraceful

Tried to use bus 66 this morning, cancelled. Tried again this afternoon, next two services cancelled. Why try to use public transport, when it is so unreliable, wont bother again.

Unreliable expensive but drivers are nice mostly however would not recommend unless you get a main bus route

Quite unreliable but sometimes gets you from A to B

Good service. Buses are on time they are kept clean and they get you where you want to go. 🙂
