Good guys, really trustworthy and know their stuff, have used several times and always had good service.

My grandmother was cruelly scammed and the scammer locked her out of every account and her devices. Simon at WebWorks spent hours working on her laptop and fixed every scrap of damage done by the scammer. It took all day but he got everything sorted. Kind, humble, brilliant and patient, I could not be more grateful for this shop and service. They have saved the day!!!!

5 stars, my first ever 5 star review. Immediate professional help, my laptop was overheating so I brought it in, there was no que at the time so they opened it up straight away and gave it a dusting, fans were clogged. Brilliant service, cannot reccomend highly enough :).

Dave is just brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his fantastic knowledge. My very old laptop had all but stopped working and I was concerned about my documents. Dave recommended a high quality refurbished laptop as a replacement and successfully transferred all my documents from the hard drive onto it. The 'new' laptop is lightening fast! All my documents are safe. I have also quickly got back working my old specialised software which Dave was able to give helpful advice about. The whole experience was very easy and quick and it is such a relief to be up and running again - everything safe and sound and superfast to boot! Recently had a custom computer built here. They asked all the right questions to get the requirements right and got it in budget (and not only just). Once a spec had been agreed and parts ordered all I had to do was wait. It was built in a short time which was good too. The computer itself is perfect for my needs. It looks excellent. Overall a professional, helpful and quick service. Also I should mention that they do repairs too here and also that other members of my family have used WebWorks and the service has always been great.

No pushy sales pitch; honest, impartial advice; keep you informed; preliminary checks carried out free of charge; did an excellent job of repairing my laptop and recycled it for free when it’s motherboard finally gave up the ghost.

Really helpful team, very knowledgeable. I took in my Mac computer for some advice as it was running very slowly. They knew exactly what the issue is and advised me on making a new purchase even though this wouldn't be a sale through them. Thank you Webworks for your tech support!

A excellent shop! Had a laptop fixed and upgraded here. Great service, the staff will explain the options to you - wont try to rip you off but give you different options.
