The absolute highlight of my week is the first forward fold at Miranda's Sunday evening yoga. The classes are thoughtfully prepared, friendly and playful, with masses of space for adapting the moves or poses for everyone's unique body. Coming regularly to Miranda's classes helps enormously to iron out my lower back niggles, and I am learning more about active rest and how to down-regulate my nervous system which helps to manage stress. Miranda is a wonderful teacher 🙏

I’ve been joining Miranda at the Trinity Rooms on a Tuesday for nearly a year now. I was a complete yoga novice and I can honestly say I was surprised by how much I enjoy it! Miranda has a lovely friendly way and puts you at ease quickly, the practices are not complicated and are easy to understand. I can feel that my body has become stronger and more flexible. I’m looking forward to continuing my yoga journey with Miranda.

I really appreciate my practise with Miranda. I love the community approach she has in offering her wisdom at multiple venues and with a sliding scale of fees to enable everyone to be able to access. There are always multiple options for people to be able to work within their physical ability and it feels very relaxed, friendly and inclusive.

I want to say thank you for Miranda, her yoga classes are healing for my body. Always something new, always transformation for body and soul. Yoga is the lifelong transformation in general but with Miranda it is also relaxing exploration.

Miranda makes yoga accessible for everyone no matter their age or level of physical fitness and mobility. I’m noticing an improvement in being able to get up and down off the floor!

Had a lovely taster session with Miranda and would definitely recommend. The class was welcoming, relaxed and fun. Miranda's teaching style is really clear - I loved how she explained the best way to move into, with and out of poses. There were plenty of options to make poses easier or more advanced depending on your level - this really is yoga for all, thanks Miranda!

I love Miranda’s wind down evening yoga sessions, which I take part in online. Miranda is such a great, thoughtful teacher and the sessions feel as if you are there in the room with her. I often start the class feeling stressed and exhausted and end much calmer and more relaxed, but also feeling like I’ve stretched and moved. Miranda is really aware of everyone in the group and tailors each pose to our needs and abilities. Thank you Miranda.

Yoga with Miranda offers professional, friendly and inclusive yoga classes. I practice with Miranda regularly, at both her in person and online sessions. Her classes are suitable for everyone as she offers poses for all abilities. I love her Sunday evening classes to ground me for starting the week and the Wednesday lunchtime class is particularly great for a mid work-week reset!

I participate in Miranda's online sessions. She creates a comfortable, safe environment via this medium. She provides accessible variations that take into account the specific needs of every individual in the class. Would highly recommend, especially the evening wind-down sessions after a stressful day, which help transition both body and mind into a restful night's sleep.
